Microsoft Office PowerPoint should be used for making presentations.
Kindly follow the basic rules of PowerPoint presentation and font type and size: Calibri, at least 36 in headings and 24 in body.
Tables, graphs and figures should be appropriately labelled with legends and data labels in place. Figures should be of high resolution and details in figures and tables should be visible properly.
Do not use light colours (yellow, light green, or pink) in the figures.
Use clean background and avoid unnecessary animation.
The PowerPoint presentation should be limited to a maximum of 10 slides including slides for author details and references.
The flow of slides should be as follows: -
Title slide: - It should contain
Abstract ID and Title
Presenting author name and affiliation
Name and affiliation of all co-authors
Introduction
Objectives
Materials and Methods
Results
Implications and Conclusions
References in Vancouver style
Do not include videos in the slides.
All abbreviations should be explained. Standard units of measurements should be used.
Each oral presentation will be allocated 7 minutes (5 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for Q&A). Strict adherence to time limit is required and it will be one of the criteria for judging the paper. PPT will be blanked out after completion of 5 minutes
It is presenters’ responsibility to reach the hall 30 minutes before the scheduled session and provide the presentation to the session coordinator
E-Poster Guidelines
General Specifications:
The E-poster will be displayed on standard 42" LCD.
File format should be in JPEG only.
Total size of the presentation should not exceed 5 MB.
1 slide per poster only.

Animation/movies/sounds will not be supported; please submit in a static required template format only
Design Specifications:
The E-poster needs to be created as per given format.
Presenter Name, Poster Title & e-poster Number should be placed in the title placeholder.
Case study presentation must include Introduction, Aim & Objectives, Background, Case, Conclusion/ Clinical Relevance.
Case report presentation must include Introduction, Aim & Objectives, Materials & Methods, Results, Conclusion.
Original research/review presentations must include Background, Objective, Materials and Methods/Methodology, Results and Conclusion
The poster should be self-explanatory. Text should be brief and well organized preferably bulleted.
It is suggested that font size of the text should be at least 14 points. The typeface chosen should be a simple and clear one (e.g., Helvetica/Times New Roman)
Colour and Figure Specifications :
When using light backgrounds (white, yellow, light blue) we suggest using dark fonts (black, navy blue, dark green).
When using dark backgrounds (blue, purple) we suggest using light fonts (white, yellow, cyan).
Avoid using red or green in any fonts or backgrounds as they are colours that are difficult to read.
Figures/Illustrations/images/photographs used in the E-poster should be enlarged enough and should be of high resolution to show relevant details.
