Note: Registration fee is inclusive of 18% GST, Conference registration is mandatory for Pre conference workshop.
Terms and Conditions:
- 3rd IAPSM Young Leaders’ National Conclave 2022 will be a physical conference.
- Pre-Conference Workshops on 10th November 2022 | AIIMS, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India
- The conference is on 11th – 12th November 2022 | AIIMS, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India
- Accompanying people and children will not be allowed to attend the scientific sessions.
- PG Students should submit a bonafide letter from the Head of the Department
- Registration cannot be transferred.
- Airport Transfers cost is not included in the registration amount
- Organizers will not be responsible for any mailers or information delivery failure in case the registration form is not dully filled

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- All requests for cancellation must be sent to the conference secretariat ylnciapsm@aiimsbhubaneswar.edu.in in writing by email only.
- Cancellation request received till 30th September 2022 70% of registration fee will be refunded.
- Cancellation request received from 1st to 15th October 2022, 50% of registration fee will be refunded.
- No Refund will be given for cancellation requests received after – 15th October 2022
- REFUND for cancellation of a paid registration will be processed after deducting the administrative charges and cost towards refund, if any.
- Refunds, if any will be processed post conference within 30 days, subject to approval from Organizing Secretary
- A similar mode of transfer will be adopted for a refund as the fund has been received. NO CASH refund policy.
